Thirty one year career as the manager of accounting, finance
and investment departments of a local utility company.
Responsibilities included:
- Preparing detailed, complex financial statements for issuance of municipal bonds
- Investing company funds, rate setting for billing customers for water and wastewater service
- Budgeting and reporting of all company assets
- Annual financial auditing and financial statement preparation for the company
- Retired from utility company in June 2002
